1. Returns
Due to the nature of our products, we do not accept returns on used items. Returns may be accepted within 7 days of delivery if the item is unused and in its original condition.
2. Damaged or Defective Items
If your order arrives damaged or defective, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with clear photos. We will assess and offer a replacement or refund where applicable.
3. Refunds
Approved refunds will be processed within 5–10 business days using the original payment method.
4. Custom Orders
Custom-made products are non-refundable unless they arrive damaged or defective.
